Water Heater Rupture in a Valencia Garage
Before
After
Before
AfterThe problem: a decade-old water heater failed while the homeowner was asleep, and by morning the garage had a half-inch of standing water. The drywall was already wicking. What we did: extracted the water, pulled the affected drywall in a clean line, and set commercial drying equipment from Dri-Eaz and Phoenix, running psychrometric readings (measuring the moisture in the air and structure) daily until the numbers said dry, not just dry to the touch. The result: new drywall, fresh baseboards, and a garage the owner could park in again by the end of the week.
Hidden Supply Line Leak Behind a Saugus Kitchen
Before
After
The problem: a slow copper pinhole leak behind a Saugus kitchen sink had been saturating the subfloor for weeks. No one knew until the tile started feeling soft underfoot. What we did: opened the floor, removed the ruined subfloor, and dried the joists with Injectidry drying mats pushed into the cavities. The cabinet base was too far gone, so we cut it out and rebuilt it to match. The result: a solid floor, a dry cavity, and no sign there was ever a problem except the photos.
Mold Behind a Canyon Country Shower

The problem: a shower pan in Canyon Country had failed at the corner, and every shower sent a little more water into the wall. By the time we got the call, mold had colonized the drywall backing and started on the studs. What we did: contained the bathroom in negative air, removed the affected drywall and insulation, then treated the framing and surrounding surfaces per IICRC standards. We replaced what we removed and left the cavity dry and clean. The result: a bathroom ready for new tile, with no mold left behind to find again.
Clogged Condensate Line on a Stevenson Ranch AC Unit

The problem: in Stevenson Ranch, an AC condensate line in the attic clogged, and the drip pan overflowed. Water traveled through the ceiling and showed up as a soft, discolored patch above the hallway. What we did: located the source, stopped the active leak, extracted the standing water in the attic, and set a dehumidifier and air movers to dry the ceiling cavity. Once our readings confirmed dry, we cut out the damaged drywall, replaced it, and painted. The result: a ceiling that looks untouched and a hallway with no water stains.
Storm Water Intrusion Through a Newhall Window Well

The problem: a heavy Santa Clarita storm overwhelmed the window well drain in a Newhall bedroom. Water came through the window frame and soaked the carpet, padding, and a section of the subfloor. What we did: extracted the standing water, lifted the carpet, removed the ruined padding, and dried the subfloor with air movers and a low-grain refrigerant dehumidifier. New padding went down, carpet was cleaned and reinstalled. The result: a bedroom that doesn’t smell like a marsh after the next rain.
